Changes

Can I exchange a garment?
  • Yes. You can exchange your design for a different size, color, or style. Only one exchange is allowed.
  • The changes are only available in Spain, Portugal and the Balearic Islands.
  • The costs are: €2.50 for Spain and Portugal and €3.50 for the Balearic Islands.
  • In the rest of the European Union countries, to make a change you will have to make a return and start a new order in the online store.
How do I make the change?

  2. Enter your order number and email/phone number
  3. Print and stick the label on the package (Remember that the product must be in its original packaging)
  4. You must personally take the package to your nearest post office.
When will I receive my new order?

The change process consists of two parts:

  1. First we wait to receive the item to be returned in the warehouse.
  2. Upon arrival, we automatically generate the order with the new size or model requested, which you can receive in the following days.

Returns

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns on all clothing items, including those that are on sale. Returns are made through a refund or store credit. Except for accessories, earrings and headdresses, which will be exchanged for another item.

What should I do to return an item?
  1. You can make the return through the following link: https://go.ifreturns.com/es/marisoltrend
  2. Enter your order number and email/phone number.
  3. Print and stick the label on the package (Remember that the product must be in its original packaging).
  4. You must personally take the package to your nearest post office.
  5. Once we receive the package, we will issue your refund and notify you by email. The money will take between 1-5 business days to reach your account (depending on your bank).
  6. The return shipping cost will be €4.95.
What is the deadline for making a return?

You have up to 14 calendar days to return it. We'll refund your money or you can exchange it for another product. Shipping costs are your responsibility; returns within mainland Spain typically cost €4.95.

Cost of returns

National shipments (Peninsula and Balearic Islands):

  • 1-2 items: €4.95
  • 3-6 items: €7.95
  • 7-10 items: €12.95
  • More than 10 items: €19.95

This amount will be deducted from the refund.

From Portugal: €4.95.

From other EU countries:

  • Germany, France, Italy, etc.: Up to 2 items: €19, 3+ items: €21.
  • Bulgaria, Croatia, etc.: Up to 2 items: €25, 3+ items: €28.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Would you rather ship the package yourself?

If you prefer, you can also return the item at your own expense using any courier service that offers tracking to prevent loss. In that case, the package must arrive at our facilities within the specified timeframe, and we will refund the full amount of your order. The steps to follow are:

1. Place the items you wish to return and the cloth bag in the original packaging.

2. Go to the courier service of your choice and send the return to the following address:

Can I return an order purchased online, in the physical store?

Of course. Come to our store and we'll be happy to help you with your return.

How can I return an order placed in store?

You have two options:

  • Go to a physical store and make the return or exchange.
  • Include the items you wish to return and a copy of the purchase receipt, as well as your personal details (name, surname and telephone number) in the package so that we can contact you. Go to the courier service of your choice and send us the return to the following address:

How will I receive my refund?

Once we receive the return in our warehouse, you will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase in the bank account associated with the card within 1-5 business days.

Have you received my return in the warehouse?

We will notify you when we receive the package at the warehouse.

We'll send you an email once we've processed your refund or store credit. Shipping takes 4-5 business days from the time it's dropped off at the post office.

If you have decided to send the return yourself, you can check the status of the shipment with the tracking number or by contacting us on the phone 604 43 80 50.

When will you make the refund?

You will receive the refund within approximately 1-5 business days from the date we receive the package back at our warehouse. We will inform you that we have made the refund via a confirmation email. Please note that crediting your credit card always depends on your bank.


MarisolTrend reserves the right to reject returns that are notified or sent after the specified deadline, or items that are not in the same condition as when they were sent.

    Standard shipping (24/72 hours): €5.20.
    Express shipping (24 hours): €7.95.

  • Balearics:

    Standard shipping (24/72 hours): €9.95.

  • Portugal:

    International shipping (2 to 5 business days): €6.00.
  • Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Czech Republic:

    International shipping (4 to 10 business days): €18.
  • Ireland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Poland, Denmark:

    International shipping (4 to 10 business days): €19.
  • Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden:

    International shipping (4 to 10 business days): €28.
  • Bulgaria, Romania, Finland, Greece:

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

SPAIN AND PORTUGAL

Deliveries to mainland Spain take between 2 and 3 business days from the time you place your order. Deliveries to the Balearic Islands and Portugal will take approximately 8 or 9 business days, unless the package is held up in customs, in which case it could be delayed by an additional 2 or 3 days.

REST OF EUROPEAN COUNTRIES

Shipments to any country (except Spain and Portugal) take 7 to 9 business days from when you place the order.

How does in-store pickup work?

If you choose the in-store pickup option, your order will be ready 1 hour after you place it and you can pick it up whenever you want during our store hours.

Monday to Friday 9.30 to 14.00 and 17.00 to 20.30.

Saturday 9.30 to 13.30.

How do the clothes fit at Marisoltrend?

Sizing varies depending on our models since we are a multi-brand store, but in most cases our customers use their usual size.
